Franklin FlowersMy Uncle passed away last Tuesday. I chose Franklin's Flowers to deliver a beautiful arrangement to the funeral home.
Unfortunately, they delivered a very poor item that did not even remotely resemble their website picture. In spite of their stated "100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" I cannot get full credit for the cost of the flowers. I am a 0% Satisfied Customer. I was embarrassed and distressed that my family was so poorly represented. Thanks for the heads up. I won't be shopping there anytime soon. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Re: Franklin FlowersA note to say that Franklins Flowers finally credited my CC for the full value of the arrangement. No apology offered, which I would have equally valued. Actually valued greater as the offense was more of the heart than of the money.
