Franklin Flowers

My Uncle passed away last Tuesday. I chose Franklin's Flowers to deliver a beautiful arrangement to the funeral home.

Unfortunately, they delivered a very poor item that did not even remotely resemble their website picture.

In spite of their stated "100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" I cannot get full credit for the cost of the flowers. I am a 0% Satisfied Customer. I was embarrassed and distressed that my family was so poorly represented.

That doesn't look a thing like the picture.
Thanks for the heads up. I won't be shopping there anytime soon.

A note to say that Franklins Flowers finally credited my CC for the full value of the arrangement. No apology offered, which I would have equally valued. Actually valued greater as the offense was more of the heart than of the money.

I am glad that they refunded your money but it would have been nice if they apologized.
